- Makes decisions on the best approach to complex assignments based on own knowledge and experience.
- Works under limited supervision of the Business Director and within general guidelines.
- Coaches colleagues and team members and may contribute to business development efforts.
- Is responsible for team targets.
- May act as lead contact person for a location or country under the supervision of the Business Director.
- Contributes to the development of working methods.
- Identifies bottlenecks proactively and takes an active role in prevention and resolution. Handles/Supervises complex staffing needs in project teams.
- Search process is also focused on complex, specialized functions.
- Skilled head hunter.
- Broad experience and in-depth knowledge of consultancy role within the industry/discipline specialization.
- Understands the business.
- Interaction with other people is aimed at persuading, inspiring, developing and motivating them.
- Is able to convince client organization to see job order in a broader context than meets the eye.
- Strong commercial focus and able to steer key processes.
- Leadership skills to encourage the team abilities.
