What will you be doing?
The Summer Intern will support our Early Development Project Management Department, which provides operational leadership over ICON Early Development studies. Using MS Excel as the primary platform, the intern will be responsible for developing a resource tracker to manage Project Manager and related support staff resources. In addition, the intern will also have the opportunity to learn more about the Early Development clinical research process and how these studies are operationalized. As appropriate, the intern may also support deployment of ongoing process improvement and training initiatives.
What do you need to have?
- 0 – 2 Years of related experience
- Currently in junior year of undergrad or above
- Experience with MS Excel, including use of macros and related advanced functionalities.
- Exposure to healthcare or pharma is a plus, but not required
- Good organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Availability to work full time
