Responsibilities:

* Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
* Achieve annual sales targets and other key corporate objectives
* Develop and implement regional sales strategies across all service areas
* Help each account executive build relationships with key decision makers at key targeted accounts and assist in identifying the sponsor's decision making process
* Drive team compliance for relevant BD activity entry in SalesForce
* Contribute to the quarterly and annual sales forecasting with global BD leadership
* Communicate with senior leadership and operational leads with relevant feedback to help drive business wins
* Work with proposal leadership to insure the proper proposal triage and delivery
* Support each team members with key bid defense/capability and client meetings
* Demonstrate cross functional collaboration with key functional and Therapeutic Heads during and throughout proposal development
* Maintain regular communication with respective Executive Directors, Regional VP and SVP of Business Development.
* Participate in scheduled service area and strategic teleconferences
* Participate in company initiatives directed by senior management
