HRアドバイザーとして、社内の従業員に対してHR関連のサポート業務を提供する役割をご担当いただきます。HR関連業務のスキルアップだけでなく高い英語力を活かしてご活躍いただける環境です。

【具体的には】
- 国内の従業員からHR関連の問い合わせに対して、あらかじめ決まっているタイムラインに従って回答・解決する。
- 採用・異動・休職・退職に関する人事サポートプロセス全般
- 日本固有の人事関連業務（勤怠システム・社会保険労務）など
- 社内人事ポリシー、人事システム（HR Case Management Tool / Workday）の周知とガイダンスの提供
- Country HRマネージャーへのサポート・情報共有。ケースに応じ適切にCountry HRマネージャーへエスカレーションを行う。
-　日々の業務内容の改善と標準化を促進し、よりよいソリューションの作成に貢献すること。
