Mexico City - Insurgentes Sur - Hybrid ( 3 days at office / 2 from home)

We are currently seeking an HR Advisor to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an HR Advisor at ICON, you will provide critical support across HR functions, offering guidance and expertise to employees and managers on a range of HR programs such as group health, spending accounts, leave of absence, disability, retirement, life insurance, wellness and more. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment while ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Providing day-to-day HR benefits support for the United States, ensuring accuracy, compliance and service level adherence.
  • Leveraging HRIS to manage employee data, benefit transactions and reporting, providing assistance with internal and external audits.
  • Collaborating with HR and cross-functional teams to resolve sensitive issues, ensure smooth transitions and data accuracy up to point of escalation.
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement in line with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
  • Handling leave of absence claims, including FMLA and disability plans.
  • Supporting US open enrollment activities such as hosting webinars, maintaining communications, and posting process documents to intranet.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in an HR role, with knowledge of US benefits administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and empathetic support to employees.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement in HR practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and confident working with large data sets.
  • Advanced English level is a MUST
