現在、当社の多様でダイナミックなチームに加わっていただけるIHCRA（社内臨床開発モニター）を募集しています。ICONのIHCRAとして、臨床試験の実施と管理を支援し、革新的な治療法の進歩に貢献する重要な役割を担っていただきます。

職務内容

• 治験業務の計画、開始、実施を支援します。
• 治験実施施設の実施可能性評価を実施し、治験実施施設の選定プロセスに参加します。
• 治験実施施設と調整し、治験実施計画書および規制要件が遵守されるよう計らいます。
• 品質と正確性を確保するため、治験の進捗状況とデータ収集活動をモニタリングします。
• 治験文書と報告書の作成と校閲を支援します。

求められるプロフィール

• ライフサイエンスや医療といった関連分野の学士号
• 臨床研究または関連分野での経験はプラスになります
• 強力な整理整頓スキルおよびコミュニケーションスキル
• ペースの速い環境で人に頼らず働く能力、協力して働く能力
• 細部へのこだわりと、効果的にタスクに優先順位を付ける能力
