Responsibilities:
• Provide 1st / 2nd level support to all end users.

• Respond to issues within the SLA targets.

• Interact with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.

• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Ability to multi-task in various systems such as web and mobile apps.

• Ability to work well remotely in a team environment as well as individually.
• High School Diploma or international
equivalent.

Preferred qualifications:
• Prior experience with application support for end users in healthcare environment.
