Skills
- Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, directives, and procedures relating to pharmacovigilance
- Sound knowledge of the drug development processes, regulation awareness and scientific terminology
- Excellent organizational skills, be logical, systematic and curious; must be able to gather and interpret relevant information; ability to work in a high volume and strict deadline environment
- An understanding of drug, biologics and device clinical trial development processes
- Ability and comfort with speaking in front of large audiences via teleconference, web conferencing or face to face meetings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of personnel, including external vendors
Experience required:
- 2 years’ experience in Pharmacovigilance/Patient Safety within a CRO or pharmaceutical company
- Experience with delivery of training desirable, but not necessary Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other software applications
- Effective decision-making skills, sound judgement, and strong technical aptitude.
- Strong organization and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong self-starter and self-motivator, with the ability to work autonomously.
