Manager, IDEA- Data Monitoring Committee and Endpoint Adjudication projects

We are currently seeking a Manager, IDEA to join our diverse and dynamic team. As the Manager of IDEA at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in promoting an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and access across all levels of the organization. What You Will Be Doing:

This position is primarily responsible for data monitoring committee and endpoint adjudication projects and project team oversight.  This position oversees multiple projects and is responsible for establishing strong positive working relationships and processes with clients in order to secure future business opportunities.  This position oversees project staff resources and study personnel training.  This position serves as a direct line manager for Project Assistants, Clinical Reviewers and Project Managers.

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive IDEA strategy that aligns with ICON's mission and business objectives.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancing diversity and inclusion within recruitment, retention, and development processes.

  • Implementing training programs and workshops that educate employees on inclusion, equity, and cultural competence.

  • Monitoring and analyzing diversity metrics to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Building strong relationships with employee resource groups and community organizations to support outreach and engagement efforts.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in human resources, organizational development, social sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

  • Significant experience in diversity and inclusion, organizational development, or a related role.

  • Strong knowledge of best practices in IDEA and the ability to apply them in a corporate setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Passion for fostering an inclusive culture and driving initiatives that promote equity and access.
