Manager Quality Strategy Vendor

The Manager Quality Strategy Vendor is accountable to develop and implement GCP/GLP/GVP compliant selected strategies for quality oversight of vendors. This includes communicating with and presenting to vendor management representatives the outcomes of the assigned quality vendor projects.

What you will be doing:

• Participate in special assignments on various projects and workstreams as determined by Quality Strategy Vendor team and track deliverables by agreed milestones

• Develops and enhance Quality Assurance procedures, guidance documents, assessment tools and techniques

• Contribute to elaboration of quality metrics

• Support management of vendor Quality Agreements and ensure agreements maintenance and updates

• Ensures ongoing inspection readiness in the area of responsibility and implements required activities

• Contribute to managing health authority (mock-)inspections and external audits

• Collaborate to management of Quality Issues including potential misconduct/serious breaches

• Provide GCP/GVP/GLP and quality assurance expertise

You are:

• University degree required. Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Proficiency in English
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotech drug development, clinical development working in regulated environment
• Minimum 5 years experience in Quality for GCP/GLP/GVP environment
• GCP/GLP/GVP auditing experience is a plus
• In depth knowledge of applied risk management
• Proven ability to function autonomously at a senior level in a matrix model and in a team environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Strong critical thinking to analyze complex situations
• Develop effective business and competitive strategies
• Fosters open dialogue and encourages people to raise and discuss critical issues
• Consistently demonstrates a global thinking/mindset with balanced cultural awareness, sensitivity and accommodating behaviors
