Requirements:

Typically >= 10 Years of Experience and Exhibit the Following Traits:
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in place of the education and experience stated
Impact:
• Develops and manages operational initiatives to realize the operational and strategic plans.
• Impact is limited to achievement of short to medium term goals.
• Ensure statistical programming team deliverables consistently meet study timelines, quality standards and contractual requirements.

Customer Relationship:
• May have oversight of small number of clients.
Resource Management
• Focused on their staff and working with other managers to optimize across teams.
• Works with leads who report to them to ensure resourcing and budgets across studies are aligned
Financial Management
• Performs financial review of assigned projects.
• Supports project team with respect to budgeting and out-of- scope tasks.
People Leadership
• Typically Professional Levels
• Staff Development: Focused on their immediate staff's development providing mentorship and identify opportunities for them to expand their capabilities.
