ICON is seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Activation Manager to oversee and optimize the Site Activation process, ensuring seamless delivery, exceptional quality, and process efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a team of Site Activation Associates, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all site activation tasks.
• Support the development and upskilling of your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Optimize site activation processes and identify opportunities for greater efficiencies.
• Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and peers to ensure consistency, communication, and successful project delivery.
• Contribute to strategic planning for site activation, including study-specific strategies and resource allocation.
• Represent ICON in client calls, bid defenses, and study kick-off meetings, ensuring our values and interests are upheld.
• Manage budgets, identify out-of-scope activities, and support change orders.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in clinical operations, with a focus on site activation or related functions.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Expertise in operational planning, resource management, and quality assurance.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
