We are currently seeking a Partnership Enablement Management (Base) to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Manager, Procurement at ICON, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, ensuring cost-effective sourcing of goods and services while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to optimize procurement strategies and drive operational efficiency.
What You Will Be Doing:
Managing the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and supplier management.
Developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with company goals and ensure cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring compliance with contracts.
Monitoring market trends and conducting supplier assessments to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards throughout the procurement process.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred, with extensive experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Proven experience in managing procurement operations, including vendor negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage procurement teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in managing procurement budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to driving efficiency and compliance in procurement operations.
