Payment Analytics

As a Payment Analytics you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Working location: Taiwan Homebased 

Responsible for the management of the end-to-end investigator/site payment processes including payment calculations, creation and management of purchase orders, and clinical trial payments. Acts as liaison among colleagues within Contract & Centralized Services, other GCO teams and Sites.

What you will be doing:

• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Proactively engage with internal and external business partners, delivering exemplary customer service by promptly addressing payment-related inquiries and facilitating knowledge transfer.

•  

  End-to-End Payment Process Management: Take ownership of and execute all payment coordination activities, ensuring accurate and timely payment requests, reconciliations, and compliance with study agreements and regional requirements.

   

• Compliance & Audit Readiness: Maintain audit readiness and ensure consistent compliance with clinical trial data privacy guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements for all payment processes.

   

• Process Optimization & Support: Identify and support enhancement opportunities and efficiencies within payment processes, and timely escalate any concerns to appropriate channels.

   

• Technology & Data Integrity: Support the implementation and rollout of new systems, utilize data quality checks to ensure data accuracy for payments across multiple systems, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.

You are:

• 1-3 years’ experience and/or equivalent competencies in pharmaceutical industry/clinical research
• Previous experience with clinical payment processing
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Ability to work effectively in cross function teams
• Strong and proven analytical and problem resolution skills
• Working knowledge of PCs (MS Office suite at a minimum)
• Able to work in a collaborative, virtual team environment
• Fluency in English required and Native Chinese speaker.
