Payments Specialist

As a  Payments Specialist, you will be responsible of budget planning, analytics and payments execution in a direct country in close collaboration with the Study Start Up team.

You will be partnering with one of our global pharmaceutical clients; a science-based company with one of the most exciting product pipelines in the industry. This global pharmaceutical client develops breakthrough innovative medicines to improve and extend the opportunity to build your career in a rewarding customer-focused environment that supports creativity, collaboration and performance.

What you will be doing:

• Support Country Study strategy in close collaboration with the Study Start Up team.
• Responsible for the execution of investigator payments in a direct country. 
• Project controlling and budget management, supports financial planning forecasting and management, analysis of project costs and their drivers. 
• Set Up and validation of the Investigator Contracts in the accounting system.
• Executes and monitors internal controls.
• Prepares and submits country TCFs.
• Executes payments, communicates with sites for payment issues. 
• Tracks and oversees payments status. 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Investigator payments within a Pharmaceutical or CRO environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Soft skills: Negotiation capacity, proactivity, effective prioritization, organization and problem solving mindset.
