Global Benefit Analyst

This role is a great career building opportunity and will initially report directly to the Director of Global Benefits in Performance & Reward Centre of Expertise.

Primary Location: Chennai, India with an option to 40% of time home based

Position Overview

The ideal benefits analyst for ICON has a passion for benefits, data management and metrics. If you haven't done this before, be willing to learn on the job.

This person looks to continually learn and expand their knowledge, wants to progress their career in a high performance dynamic company and enjoys sharing their expertise.

Roles and Responsibilities

Including but not limited to:

• Management of our Global Benefits inventory including benefit design and financials
• Develops Metrics for reporting to our leadership team; You are metrics focused with ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
• Build relationships and collaborates with all key stakeholders - internally and externally
• Participate in the development of overall Global Benefit strategies as part of the Performance and Reward team.
• Special projects as assigned
• Contributes to the Performance & Reward Team effort

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a benefits field
• Bachelor's degree or other appropriate level of education
• Strong analytical, planning, organizing, and adaptation skills
• Time management skills
• Highly resourceful and a consistent ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Detail oriented and self-driven
• A strong teammate that can work independently as part of a Global team
