Pharmaceutical Research and Development/Program Management (CTM) - Remote

The Trial Operations service support JCl's clinical trial innovation programs

What you will be doing:

• Supporting global Phase 1-4 trial implementation operations.
• Working closely  with  the  project  lead,  supports  site  implementation  including  developing, reviewing study related documents, understanding of GCP, EC/IRB processes and submissions, training site and CRO staff and project management skills and oversight experience.
• Supporting cross-functional partnerships for strong collaborations and inspire trust across study implementation teams.

You are:

• A Bachelors' degree is required master's degree/graduate degree in business or life sciences preferred.
• A minimum of 8 or more years of total business experience is required as well as a minimum of CRO  or  other  clinical  development  service  organization)  with  strong  clinical  operations background is required.
• Must be experienced in clinical research operations within a pharmaceutical or CRO setting; Experiences supporting global trial operations from start to finish is required.
• Affinity with clinical trial innovation, like Digital Health, Direct to Patient or Data Science is a plus.
