The Investigator Payments Group (IPG) is the investigator payments function for ICON Clinical Research. The department role is to ensure timely, accurate and efficient execution of investigator payments & to ensure all payments are carried out in accordance with ICON policies and procedures.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Designing and developing sophisticated reports and dashboards to monitor IPG performance, payment cycles, and key financial metrics.
- Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization within the IPG operations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights that support business strategies and objectives.
- Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data through rigorous quality checks and data validation processes.
- Leading initiatives to automate reporting processes and enhance data management capabilities, leveraging advanced analytical tools and technologies.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, data analytics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or a related role, with a strong focus on advanced analytics and reporting.
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of translating data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
