Responsibilities
The Resourcing Data Analyst (PRM Associate, Business Enablement) will be responsible for strategic planning, tracking and reporting of staff across existing and new projects. Additionally, they will be responsible for:
- Assesses resources and resource projections to ensure that project teams have appropriate staffing to ensure successful deliverables.
- Forecasts future staffing capacity, demands and gaps
- Communicates with project teams and Functional Managers to evaluate ongoing resource requirements and utilization; keeping apprised of study status in order to optimize resource allocation
- Conduct continuous workforce / workload analyses to achieve an appropriate balance (e.g. resource availability versus incoming work) and assess future staffing needs (e.g. workload ratios, recruiting needs, etc.).
- Interfaces with leadership staff across ICON business units, providing input and feedback to promote quality deliverables
- Act as Data Custodian, create, maintain, and use data to support the department's operation and its information needs as it pertained to the resource process and rationalizes gaps, overlaps and issues that related to the data required
- Respond to internal and external data requests
- Provide input on designing and revision of forms and reports
Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree in clinical, science, business analytics or health-related field from an accredited institution is preferred. Equivalent education in Human Resources is also acceptable or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job.
- Substantial experience using computerized information systems including experience with PC-Windows, word processing and electronic spreadsheets required. Intermediate to advanced Excel skillsets.
- Excellent written, oral communication skills and presentations skills.
- Comfortable presenting In front of business leaders
- Good negotiation, analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience with data tools including BI Publishing, Spotfire, SalesForce, Service Now, SQL, Tableau, Excel-VBA (Macros) and BI OMR desired
