Procurement Analyst - Mexico, Mexico City Hybrid: Office/Remote

We are currently seeking a Procurement Analyst specialized in Contracts to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing procurement data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives. Your skills will be instrumental in optimizing our procurement processes and driving efficiency within the organization.
The role is Hybrid (60% office-based, 40% remote) in Sofia, Bulgaria.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Reviewing procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Supporting strategic sourcing initiatives by conducting market research, supplier evaluations, and price negotiations.
- Collaboration with Vendors and an understanding of contract management
- Developing and maintaining procurement reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather procurement requirements and provide statistical insights.
- Assisting in the implementation of procurement tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
- Experience collaborating with Vendors and an understanding of contract management.
- Experience working with internal stakeholder groups such as Legal, Finance, Procurement, Clinical, Proposals.
- Previous experience in procurement, data insights, or a related field preferred.
- Ability or experience to work with Purchase order or Procurement systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent command of English.
