Project Manager

In this role you will act as the primary contact for the client and will work to achieve the most successful trials possible from country feasibility through to close out ensuring quality and mitigating risk for studies in Malaysia and Singapore.

What you will be doing:

• You will be responsible for the overall delivery of 6-8 trials from country evaluation, site selection through maintenance phase and to close out, proactively mitigating and resolving risks when presented, however you will not be responsible for study finances or budgeting. 
• You will ensure and drive quality, addressing any quality issues by going on site, developing relationships with investigators and leading the management of corrective and preventative action plans. 
• This is a sponsor facing role and you will be the primary contact for the client enabling you to foster strong and supportive relationships and provide a consultative approach and practical solutions to any specific issues. 
• Of the studies assigned to you 50% are likely to be oncology and the rest a mix of therapeutic areas for example HIV, infectious diseases diabetes and cardiovascular.

You are:

• At least 12 months of experience in local trial management within another CRO or pharma is required, as well as previous CRA and study start-up experience  
• You will be a talented communicator with client facing experience and some one who is confident in addressing challenges and creating solutions  
• Although continuous support will be provided, due to the remote nature of the role, you must be confident working autonomously to ensure delivery of expectations 
• Tertiary degree qualfied in relevant healthcare/science field
