PROJECT SCHEDULER
LIMERICK
 
The Project Scheduler plays a key role in the coordination and planning of the entire production process within the project management and Clinical Operation teams.
 
Responsible for ensuring the scheduling of all projects and components.  The project scheduler liaises with numerous business lines, to gain an insight into upcoming projects and coordinating resources to ensure delivery of projects.
 
Takes responsibility for scheduling production slots in line with each individual study milestone, ensuring project delivery in a timely manner.
 
 
 
JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
 
•             The Project scheduler has ownership of the master schedule of all awarded projects. Works closely with Business development to gain an understanding of projects in the pipelines and transitions to actual awards.
•             Send project schedule and slot availability to all stakeholders on a weekly basis
•             Initiate Project Setup for all new projects
•             Maintain the schedule for bespoke modules and amendments.
•             Establish and implement a project prioritization methodology to ensure resources are focused appropriately
•             Establish and implement suitable cross-project status reporting including, on-time reporting, resource usage, budget versus actual and high level summary reports
•             Work with Project Managers and Operations Project Team Leads to assign cross team resource when required.
•             Subject Matter Expert, Administrator and Trainer for Project Management software (SciForma)
•             Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON’s values which centre around our commitment to people, clients and performance.
•             Assist with other duties as required.
•             Act as a trainer for SciForma
