What will you do?

As a RFI Specialist and Technical Writer you direct the development of RFIs and similar documents (eg, pre-selling documents) with guidance from senior team members to meet deadlines. You

• Lead and coordinate the RFI process, which encompasses organizing and running effective and efficient meetings with the RFI team (which consists of account executives, VPs, operational owners, and other key managers and PRA experts)

• Write, compile, and edit contributions to RFI content

• Seek and coordinate input from various SMEs to obtain responses for RFI questions

• Interact with BD staff to form optimal responses to RFI questions, based on BD’s knowledge of the client/prospect

• Contribute to the development of strategic partnership RFIs/RFPs with guidance from senior team members and/or the RFI management team

• Respond to ad hoc requests received by the RFI team

• Coordinate RFI Library content updates (including graphics) with the RFI editing team, with guidance from senior team members

• Serve as a backup to the RFI editor, as directed by the RFI management team (eg, document QCs)

• Perform other tasks as requested by the RFI management team

What do you need?

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution or international equivalent- preferred

• 1-3 years of professional writing experience preferred, including:

• Experience using computerized information systems and standard application software (ie, Windows, MS Office)

• Experience with Visio and SharePoint preferred

• Must read, write, and speak fluent English

• To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the UK, Ireland or Bulgaria and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status
