Responsibilities and Job Functions
• Preparation of incoming sample shipments per shipment schedule, including relevant documentation 50% of your time
• Quality checking of received shipments to ensure correct samples were included and documentation accompanies shipments 10% of your time
• Responsible for receipt of samples into the database and store in samples per protocol specifications 10% of your time
• Maintaining sample and shipment documentation in appropriate files 5% of your time
• Escalating any problems to senior members of the team 5% of your time
• Additional responsibilities as requested by management of Sample Management 20% of your time
• Travel domestic or international – 0%
