We are seeking a Senior BI Developer to advance ICON’s analytics and visualisation capabilities. This role is pivotal in optimising, maintaining, and troubleshooting the existing Spotfire infrastructure to ensure high performance, reliability, and streamlined data processes.

The successful candidate will lead the design and development of customised dashboards, reports, and scalable, AI-enabled analytics solutions to meet evolving business needs. In addition to enhancing current BI systems, the role will support proof-of-concept initiatives for alternative BI platforms, helping evaluate future-fit solutions beyond Spotfire. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape the next generation of analytics across ICON.

Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
At least 4 years of experience as a Spotfire Administrator (infrastructure management, optimisation, troubleshooting).
Proven expertise in Spotfire development – building dashboards, automation scripts, and custom extensions.
Strong proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and ETL processes.
Exposure to Python/R or other scripting languages for advanced analytics integration.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
