Role Summary:

The Senior Client Services Associate, PCS leads efforts to maintain and expand upon client relationships for the assigned PCS service area(s) through complex project planning, feasibility research, costing and proposal development, pipeline tracking and client management.

Role Responsibilities:

• This position is to manage Mapi Research Trust ( MRT ) existing accounts
• Enhance clients’ satisfaction
• Coordinate the set-up of the distribution process for COAs through MRT
• Follow due diligence process on copyright ownership
• Sign new agreements with COA copyright holders, etc.

Requirements:

• Client management for at least 2 years prior
• Contract management
• organizational skills
• Advanced level of English, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) - Word is particularly key for managing contract negotiation and changes
• Experience in clinical research field/COA field/pharma industry is a plus
