The Role: As a Clinical Research Associate at ICON, you will play a crucial role in the success of clinical studies in phases II – IV. Working closely with a team of highly qualified CRAs, you will:

• Independently coordinate study activities, ensuring accurate study status reports and meticulous study documentation.
• Assist in the submission of study protocols and consent documents for ethics/IRB approval, as well as regulatory submissions when required.
• Participate in the preparation and review of study documentation and feasibility studies for new proposals.
• Efficiently handle sponsor-generated queries while maintaining study cost-effectiveness.
• Depending on your level of experience, you may have the opportunity to train and mentor less experienced CRAs and lead international projects.

What You Need: To excel in this role, you should have:

• 18 months or more of monitoring experience in phase II-IV clinical trials as a CRA.
• A solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and the ability to review and evaluate medical data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
• The ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time and a valid driver's license.
