The Role:

Your role will be to perform clinical data entry and department related clerical activities to ensure that data collected during clinical trials are processed completely and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Independently and accurately perform clinical data entry, verification and resolution of discrepancies within departmental defined metrics where applicable.
• Accurately review and resolve all data entry issues where applicable.
• Effectively perform database testing and fully document all issues in accordance with relevant procedures.
• Assume lead role for multiple studies and/or sponsor systems.
• This may include study specific data entry training.
• Assist management with study related resource planning for data entry.
• Assist management with quality assessments on data entry staff.
• Effectively mentor less experienced staff. This may include assisting and guiding new personnel during their initial training period.
• Assist with development, review and modification of applicable Study Specific Procedures.
• Accurately complete and submit weekly project timesheets as directed by company policy.
• Perform other duties reasonably related to the position as directed by manager/designee.
