We are currently seeking a Senior Designer to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Designer at ICON Plc, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling and effective designs that enhance our brand and support our clinical trial initiatives. You will contribute to the success of our creative projects by leading design efforts, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring consistency and quality across all visual materials.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading the design and development of creative assets for various platforms, including digital, print, and multimedia.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing and effective design solutions.
- Overseeing the design process from concept through execution, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and project deadlines.
- Providing creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
- Staying current with design trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design practices and drive innovation.
Your Profile:
- Advanced degree or certification in design, visual arts, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful design projects and creative solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma, with a deep understanding of design principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
