Senior Director, Clinical Operations - Home-Based

Position Summary:

Provide operational and strategic leadership to effectively manage the activities of Clinical Operations, and supervise our people (multiple locations and or regions) in a manner that ensures all delivery targets are met with highest quality, whilst balancing productivity, revenue and margins. Includes developing and operationalising concepts of alternative monitoring models.

• Dedicated People Leader for the Clinical Operations team at country or regional level
• Provide effective management support through your management team to deliver a high performing culture including managing attrition, development and engagement of the operational group
• Carrying out all relevant People Leadership responsibilities including performance assessments, goal setting and development plans
• Leading and managing the local clinical operations management team by empowering and coaching them to deliver their key objectives

• Undergraduate degree, or its international equivalent, in clinical science or health-related field from an accredited institution preferred 
• Minimum 10 years of management experience within a CRO setting
