Snr ERP Analyst
Location: Chennai

Role Overview
Responsible for implementation, administration, ongoing maintenance and support of the HCM ERP system art ICON. Support activity may include (but is not limited to) building queries and reports, system setup, configuration, customization, interfacing the ERP system with other ICON systems, security administration, business process workflow and maintenance of a knowledge base.
Role Requirements
Become the primary IT support contact for issues and activities related to ERP systems, Adhere to HR and IT SLAs when resolving problem tickets.
Initiate and lead ERP projects and day to day IT support. Collaborate with stake holders to implement technology features,
Analyse requirements, Design solutions and Develop reports and/or processes
Administer or maintain ERP system security and roles. Assist in system security audits when required.
Design, develop, administer, and maintain interfaces and integration between ERP and several downstream systems.
Develops, administers and maintains business process workflows.
Design, develop, implement and support ERP customization required by stakeholders.
Assist in HR related systems and data related inquiries and audits.
Maintain technical and process documentation and Knowledge base for the ERP system.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Overall 3-6 years of Programming and/or Report writing experience.
At least 3 years of experience supporting any large HR ERP system (PeopleSoft, SAP, WorkDay).
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience supporting Workday with the following knowledge:
Configuring and Administering Custom Fields
Security Administration
EIB and integration with particular emphasis on integration with benefits and/or payroll vendors
Mass data loads using EIBs and iLoads.
Candidates having benefits and payroll knowledge preferred and experience with interfaces with external benefits and payroll providers are preferred. .
Candidates having experience of implementing HR systems for companies that have a global employee population in Europe, APAC and the Americas are preferred.
