Senior Facilities & Administration Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Senior Facilities & Administration Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As the Senior Coordinator, you will provide leadership and expertise to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities and administrative services.

What you will be doing:
  • Managing day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and space management.
  • Overseeing administrative support services such as office supplies, equipment management, and mailroom operations.
  • Coordinating office moves, reNvations, and space planning initiatives with internal stakeholders.
  • Serving as a point of contact for facility-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior administrative staff to foster their professional development.

Your profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or administrative roles, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with facility management software is a plus.
