Overview:

DATA ANALYSIS:

• Provide Data Analysis support to Feasibility & Management Teams on all required aspects- Investigator/ Site Feasibility, Patient Recruitment Planning, Monthly Metrics, Specific Projects and Ad-Hoc requests.

LEADERSHIP:

• Lead Team of Data Analysts being responsible for all tasks executed ensuring highest standards of quality and performance delivery.

• Responsible for Administration of iSprint- system amends, data upkeep, management of users and generation of reports.

• Act as Superuser of iSprint and Clicktools to assist in development of questionnaires and mapping, analysis and reporting of questionnaire data.

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE:

• Systematically search relevant information and import into iSprint to provide Business Intelligence [Project, Investigator and Internal Team Members].

• Support identification of areas of Improvement, Implementation and Measure their effectiveness.

Responsibilities:



• As a Lead, the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
• *Provide data analysis support to the feasibility team on all aspects of Investigator/ Site Feasibility and Patient Recruitment Planning data. This will include but not be limited to
• Providing searches on Investigators by country or by specialty
• Providing analysis on past Recruitment Rates by indication/ country etc.
• Providing metrics for RFIs/ Proposals, as required
• Providing metrics on Investigator Performance
• Search for relevant Information and store in the I SPRINT system
• *Provide support to Management Team(s) in terms of Monthly Metrics Reporting and Specific Analysis Projects, as requested. Input into the Analysis and Production of relevant Departmental Statistics, such as
• patient recruitment rate analysis
• monthly reporting metrics,
• Team performance and identify any successes, areas for cost effectiveness and process improvement.
• *Ensure that all objectives, metrics, quality, timelines are adhered to relating to feasibility and recruitment planning, communication and system accuracy. Oversee the production, analysis and development of any key projects conducted by the team to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• To be responsible for the implementation of the lessons learned process within ICON, especially process improvements, within documented timelines, to implement and analyze surveys, where appropriate.
• *Responsible for administration of ICON’s investigator database and Feasibility Management System.
Proactively build and manage Investigator, Site and Patient Recruitment Intelligence Data in the system by ensuring full compliance with all ICON systems, generation of quality data and identifying approaches to improve the dimensions of the data within the ICON Investigator/ Recruitment Planning Database This will include, but not be limited to:
• System field amends
• System issue resolution
• Data entry/ analysis
• Management of users/ licenses/ passwords etc
• Generation of reports/ dashboards, including development of New Reports
• Generation of communication templates and system settings etc.

• *Clicktools Superuser to assist in
• Design, Management and Analysis of questionnaires and surveys
• To select most appropriate questionnaire/ research methodology and techniques
• To interpret data, write reports, and make actionable recommendations
• Development of questionnaires to include Mapping of Data to iSprint
• Analysis and Reporting of questionnaire data
• Process for inputting data via web or fax to mail
• *Ensure that all internal and external customers receive the appropriate level of service and response from the data analysis team. Ensuring that all activities and plans are delivered on time, to high quality and are compliant with the customer’s needs.
• *Actively participate in data analysis projects and initiatives as assigned, being able to make sound decisions based on available information in order to contribute to the success of the group and ICON.
• Be able to network and collaborate with other professionals, attending and presenting at meetings both internally and externally.
• To undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
• *Travel if required, (approximately 15%) domestic and/ or international.

Qualifications:

You will need:

  • Desirable 2 or more years of experience
  • Advanced English for Write / Read / and Talk
  • Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Bachelor’s Degree in medicine, science or your equivalent working experience
  • You should be a confident communicator, with strong client management skills and strong decision-making skills
  • Clinical Trials Exp
