At ICON, we have an incredible opportunity for a Manager, Quality Assurance to join our fast growing company.

The Manager QA (EMEA) has responsibility to effectively implement, manage and maintain the activities of a team of Clinical / GCP auditors in the EMEA region operating within the ICON Quality & Compliance (Q&C) department. Ensure high performance, continuous development and low turnover of staff. Co-ordinate and manage Q&C workload assignments, and ensure that Q&C activities are carried out in accordance with relevant procedures, timeframes and targets. Manages the ICON Quality system in order to assure compliance with ICON or Sponsor SOPS, study protocols, GXP regulations and relevant regulatory guidelines.
