About Regulatory Consulting
ICON provides a broad range of regulatory strategy consulting and clinical operations services to pharma, biotech and medical devices clients to support them with FDA, EMA, European and international regulatory authorities requirements to expedite drug and device development programs across the entire product lifecycle. Services include Regulatory Labelling, Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Information Management, Regulatory Chemistry Manufacturing Controls (CMC), and regulatory clinical support.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in service business unit leadership team meetings to understand business challenges and priorities
- Work with service business unit management and subject matter experts to develop a comprehensive marketing plan aligned to strategic objectives and business unit plans
- Work with subject matter experts to coordinate the creation of thought leadership publications, positioning messaging and content, and sales support collateral, for use in lead generation and brand development
- Define market segmentation, targeting and positioning for various services
- Implement marketing plan with assistance of internal marketing operations and external agencies
- Execute integrated (digital-centric) campaigns to generate demand & sales leads
- Manage the creation of marketing collateral and sales support tools across all stages of the customer buying journey
- Be accountable for measuring and reporting on campaign performance & ROI
- Responsible for: Reputation > Relationships > Revenue
- Collaborate with Market Program Managers for events, conferences and tradeshows
- Collaborate with Business Development and Global Key Account Directors to support their efforts to achieve sales targets
- Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, development and best practices
To succeed you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Life Sciences
- Minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience with proven track record of success in marketing management role, strong understanding of marketing for professional services
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using CRM required
- CRO/pharmaceutical industry experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts and practices in a business to business environment
- Strong project management and performance measurement skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
- Ability to combine and analyze performance data to develop metrics that support decision-making for resource allocation and campaign refinement
- Solid business acumen, management and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and have excellent written and verbal communication as well as leadership skills.
- IT literacy, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
