This is an unique opportunity to join an exciting embedded sponsor team as Site Management Associate (SMA) in ICON Bangalore office. The SMA is accountable end to end from commit to study initiation until study archiving from planning and leading the delivery of interventional, studies to time, quality, budget, company standards and scientific requirements as outlined in the clinical study proposal.   

What you will be doing

• Accountable for eTMF upload and system management
• Vendor management under SMA responsibility
• Accountable for translating asset requirements 
• Accountable for study budget
• Preparatoin of materials for governance and/or fnancial review cycles
• Proactively and effectvely identify, oversee and mitigate study risks.

Your profile

• Holds minimum 2 year of eTMF experience in clinical research industry
• Fluent English and speaks with confidence and clarify
• Sufficient with MS teams Office especially excel
• Based in Bangalore
• Global Study - Mandatory
