About the Talent Acquisition Specialist role within ICON: 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing relations with all internal and external stakeholders to provide a proactive, exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive image.  Will be able to design innovative sourcing strategies to ensure efficiency in time to hire is maintained.  You will have a good understanding of the local labour and candidate markets, an excellent Negotiator on rates/salaries, when presenting candidates within their business areas and the ability to reduce agency dependency through innovative and creative direct delivery methods;

To succeed you will need:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have Significant experience in working as a top performing recruiter with in depth proven experience recruiting for the contingency market with ability to manage high volumes of recruitment activity, preferably in an internal setting.  Have Exceptional customer service mind-set with an ability to effectively assess customers’ needs, quickly respond and problem solve is key.
