OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will manage a team of talent acquisition individuals while partnering closely with our internal customers and developing creative hiring solutions for a complex talent market.
Accountable for delivery metrics within assigned area of business including hires productivity, management of agency spend & usage, Time To Hire, Quality of Hire via Survey Results and overall operation improvement metrics. Serve as key member of the HR virtual team - responsible for driving best practice and key initiatives globally and within function, acting as advisor/SPOC for business/HR. Accountable for compliance on the use of our global process and toolkits for your business areas - Vacancy Briefing Template, Hiring Manager Pack, Competency Interview Guides, Executive Shortlist Summaries, Interview Summary Forms, Approval Offer Confirmation.
Own, produce and deliver the Quarterly Business Dashboards & business reporting with key VP/Director Stakeholders for your assigned areas and ensure deployment of same across your business areas. Own, produce and deliver Hiring Process Communication Plans including consistent updates to Hiring Managers regarding the health of the talent pipeline and status update for respective positions and ensure deployment of same across your business areas. Develop a clear stakeholder map for your business area and ensure we constantly move relationships to Trusted Partner
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
At least 8 years of experience working as a top performing recruitment professional with experience mentoring, training, or managing direct reports. Exceptional client relationship management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively assess customers' needs, quickly respond, and problem solve. Experience leading high volumes of recruitment activity, preferably in an internal setting and with the clinical research or life sciences industry; In depth experience recruiting for Mid to Upper level positions. Bachelor's degree or local equivalent required; Masters degree preferred.
