Seeking an experienced Clinical Research Recruiter for our growing Americas recruiting team. The role is responsible for supporting all facets of recruitment success within the organization. Consults with clients about execution of operational and specialist, managerial, tactical and strategic positions. Focus on fulfillment of assignments and continuance of repeated business. Proactively develops and sustains a network of candidates and dedicated clients.
Position is home-based, remote. Can be performed from anywhere in Mexico.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure that staffing objectives fit evolving business objectives. Drives proactive recruitment strategies and performs full lifecycle recruiting for a broad range of clinical research roles (clinical operations, data management, regulatory, etc).
- Develop effective recruitment strategies that generate qualified applicants for open positions. Source candidates by utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies and techniques, including: online resume databases, advertising, professional associations, and networking.
- Conduct telephone screens and in−person interviews to assess candidate's overall qualifications and skill sets.
- Manage candidates throughout the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring process.
- Interfaces effectively with internal and external customers in a timely and transparent manner regarding all facets of the candidate sourcing and recruitment process.
- Provides analysis of industry recruitment activity and trends to enable DOCS to keep a pulse on the external market.
- Works with partners to ensure successful completion of the pre-employment process.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with all levels of management and employees.
- Fluent in English.
- Proactive, organized and able to multi−task.
- Ability to negotiate with managers, candidates and external partners.
- Ability to handle confidential data with a high level of discretion.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Able to solve moderately complex problems and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft products-Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint.
- Strong team player.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related area. Minimum of two (2) or more years of clinical research recruitment experience required.
- Knowledge in all components of full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management and due diligence.
- Experience interacting with all levels of management across North America
- Knowledge and extensive experience working with an applicant tracking system.
- Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases.
- Experience recruiting for a broad range of clinical research positions.
- Ability to recruit on a local, regional, and national level.
- Ability to manage competing demands while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
