TMF Specialist - West Point, PA (Onsite)

As a TMF Specialist you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

This is a full-time onsite position. This role requires 5 days weekly onsite in West Point, PA. 

• Reviews electronic and paper documents for key identification attributes in a timely manner
• Confirms or if required, edits and communicates adjustments to electronic metadata
• Interprets the TMF Specifications to determine if documents received as paper will be filed or destroyed
• Ensures all documents in the system and received as paper have been collected and facilitates collection if outstanding
• Reviews the electronic and paper TMF for completeness and basic content compliance and records findings
• Performs interim eTMF exports/uploads for the sponsor or 3rd party, if applicable to the assigned project
• Assists with resolution of help desk tickets

• Proficient working within a Microsoft Office Environment
• Independent time management and problem-solving
• Prior experience in records management
• Prior experience using computerized information systems
• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Read, write and speak fluent
• English; fluent in host country
• language required
