Role and Responsibilities

• Influence discussions across the organization regarding ongoing user experience projects and the overarching design and user experience vision.

• Rapidly and iteratively craft user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, complete with detailed and scalable visual design specifications for web and mobile interfaces throughout the design process.

• Lead research and evaluation efforts to stay at the forefront of emerging design, technology, industry, and market trends.

• Develop comprehensive design plans and strategic project phases. Proactively propose innovative UX concepts supported by well-articulated rationale.

• Independently deliver design solutions for intricate challenges, encompassing extensive scope and complexity. Adapt your approach to navigate through ambiguity and meet the diverse needs of multiple stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with team members on various aspects of projects, including development, tools, and training.

• Cultivate and apply expertise in development UX areas and Front-End Frameworks (e.g. React) to deliver user-centric web applications.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Visual Design, Industrial Design, or a related field; or equivalent work experience supported by relevant certification.

• Proficiency with advanced design tools such as Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Lucid Chart.

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in product or service design.

• Familiarity with the implications of common technology stacks, including React, Node.JS, JavaScript/Typescript, Redux, CSS, HTML, for frontend application development.

• Prior experience in defining, developing, and documenting UX design and interaction requirements.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• A demonstrated ability to influence and manage projects from concept through to delivery and continuous enhancement.

• A portfolio showcasing your user experience activities, processes, and deliverables.

• Strong understanding of analytics, target measurement, and online/offline channel engagement attribution models.
