Account Services Manager
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Office based
The Account Services Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, representing PCS services and acting as a Senior team member within PCS.
He/she will work closely with different functional groups within ICON, such as Mapi Research Trust, Language Services, Business Developers etc, to successfully guarantee the implementation of COAs & clinical documents (non-COA) in the client’s study.
Main responsibilities:
- Acting as the main operational Point of Contact for a portfolio of clients,
- Establishing standalone or full services (PCS) proposals & contracts for the assigned portfolio of clients,
- Overseeing successfully the project lifecycle (from proposal/award to delivery),
- Managing risk (positive and negative) and contingencies proactively,
- Ensuring all services are managed and delivered in a professional manner in order to reinforce client satisfaction,
- Coordinating the different service lines internally according to project scope & requirements,
- Partnering with Project Management teams to achieve on time/qualitative deliveries & with other functional groups within the company where necessary to support milestone achievement and to manage study issues and obstacles.
- Applying & following ICON’s SOPs and procedures, ensuring the good conduct of projects,
- Organizing & leading regular operational meetings with key clients (as required, governance meetings, project related meetings, etc)
- Contributing to process improvements and lessons learned sessions based on clients’ feedback,
- Supporting with the training of team members where required,
Background:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of COA and/or translations’ project management experience in the CRO or bio-/pharmaceutical industry
- Full command of MS office
- Problem solving
- Strong sense of team working
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and excellent rigor
- Commitment to Quality
- Proficient planning/project management skills
