This role is open to remote candidates.

Responsibilities:

· Generates and maintains timelines, milestones, and action items.

· Owns forecasts of units/hours (revenue and resources)and actual units/hours efficiency analysis.

· Proactively identifies, negotiates and executes contract modifications for assigned trials, ensuring out of scope activities are approved up front via a contract modification.

· Identifies potential or actual unrecoverable hours and provides analysis and mitigation/resolution plan for Senior Management approval.

· Leads presentation of project risk reviews (operational and financial aspects) and is accountable for action item follow up.

· Contributes to Business Development by participating in bid/proposal development, and participating in bid defense meetings.

* Liaises with Biometrics functional leads to provide data to create project performance metrics, and initiate performance-measure improvements as needed.

* Identifies issues and risks related to biometrics project activities.

* Develops contingency and mitigation plans to minimize risks and communicates the plans as required.

* Contributes to sponsor and/or third-party audits and responds to audit findings.

* May oversee external vendor UAT process.

* Good knowledge of computerized information systems and standard application software (Windows, MS Office)

* Sound knowledge and understanding of biometrics project processes and each function as it relates to biometrics

* Sound knowledge and understanding of basic principles of timeline management, project financials and risk management

* Strong understanding of all core business functions of the organization and ability to apply that knowledge to effectively support strategic and tactical initiatives

* Good communication, interpersonal, and time management skills

* Ability to exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, by analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action

· Adapts style and uses persuasion in delivering messages.

· Bachelor's degree

· 3 years of relevant experience
