Business & Competitive Intelligence

• Build or identify a centralised, secure and dynamic database to collate and report on a regular basis
• Maintain up to date competitive intelligence across major competitors for each category & geography
• Map sourcing strategies of biopharma
  • Client core competencies, both current and flagging potential changes
  • R&D execution: internally & externally
    • Preferred vendors for ‘outsourced’ research
    • Preferred vendors for functional categories
• Track & report deals pending expiry on a rolling 18 month window
• Support opportunity planning
• Participate in the Commercial Management Team forum
