The Client Relationship Manager: Payer / Market Access Analytics is part of the Custom Analytics team. The role is responsible for the execution of the Payer Analytics projects.
What You Will Do:
Participate in the development of a consulting organization specializing in solutions-based product support, market strategy development, analytics and consulting services within the Payer Analytics arena
Execute customer service and support initiatives relating to Payer Analytics products and projects. Implement context solutions (such as dashboards, executive summaries, audits and query tools) in conjunction with customer needs. Assist in the implementation of advanced modeling that addresses payer contracting and rebate optimization
Plan and manage workflow to ensure attainment of departmental objectives. Maintain current knowledge of regulations, standards and processes to ensure thorough understanding of the business landscape
Actively engage in supporting management and employee development programs in the Payer Analytics space
Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to include client groups, other ICON/Symphony business units, managed care organizations, industry and trade associations, government relationships, customers and vendors as required.
Engage in outside activities consistent with the company’s industry and community responsibilities.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in business, sales or marketing or equivalent required
A minimum of three years experience in a managed market or analytical capacity in a managed care or pharmaceutical managed care organization or a minimum of three years experience working with payer or market access data deliverables required.
Superior written communication skills, one-on-one and group presentation skills required.
Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft office suite required.
SQL experience not necessary, but preferred
Live in the US and have ability to travel up to 10%
