Clinical Learning & Development Specialist

The Clinical Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for managing quality in processes in clinical monitoring with a local scope. Provide support in audits and go onsite in case of risks as consultants.

What you will be doing:

• Consultation abou local procedures & regulations, global procedures, root cause analysis and GCPs.
• Ensure the effective implementation of new/revised global procedures/processes
• Training Support & Identification of Local Training Needs
• Responsible for completing the local supplier qualification assessment for new local suppliers or those requiring a renewal assessment
• They are contacted when a potential unblinding event has occurred at a site (i.e., blinded site staff or blinded sponsor staff such as CRA have possibly learned which treatment a subject is on in a blinded study). They follow-up and assess extent and impact and work with uCRA to identify root cause and CAPA.
• Root cause analysis & CAPA
• They provide support during preparation, conduct, and follow-up of site inspections by external agencies, such as FDA.
• Quality Control Activities
• In addition to their daily task, they might be given special assignments or initiatives by the RCQM or Lead CCQM

You are:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in the relevant health care area
• A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in clinical research including direct field monitoring experience or management/oversight of such individuals, with a demonstrated record of accomplishments
• Knowledge and understanding of Clinical Trial processes as well as quality management and control tools are required
• Solid track record of initiating, planning, and delivery of projects and knowledge of project management practices
• Advanced level of english
• Based in Buenos Aires
