• Develop marketing campaigns, and advertisement materials to recruit new subjects for the Clinical Subject Database.
• Ensure Sponsor and IRB approval prior to placement of advertisements. Conduct the informed consent process according to FDA regulations and GCP guidelines.
• Conduct subject screening exams to determine eligibility of potential subjects. Accurately record screening data into the Clinical Trial Management System database.
• Track and report subject recruitment metrics monthly.
• Monitor, track and adjust digital campaigns to reach recruitment enrollment's full potential.
• Assist with subject and study scheduling when needed.
• Assist the investigators as required per protocol to facilitate clinic flow at ARC. 

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Creative thinker
• Patient recruitment experience
