We are currently seeking a Contract Specialist I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Contract Specialist I at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the negotiation and management of contracts with clients and vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and supporting the execution of clinical trials and research projects.

What you will be doing

• Negotiating and drafting contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Reviewing and analyzing contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify contract risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Providing guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters.

• Maintaining accurate contract records and documentation.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in contract management or a related field.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
