Contracts Management Coordinator

The Contracts Management Coordinator will:

• Support the contract needs of the Symphony Health Legal team through initial request intake and assignment, mailbox management, post processing/filing, processing signatures, contributing to special projects and tasks, and minimal/moderate volume of simple contract processing duties. 

• Contract support and processing is for the Symphony Health business teams located in the US.

• Contribute as a member of the Legal team as needed on other matters, projects, initiatives, etc.

• Work independently to process and manage individual workload with minimal supervision required, collaborating with team and escalating as needed.

• Follow established business processes and workflows diligently

• Contribute input in the interest of process improvement where appropriate/applicable.

• Develop an understanding of applicable Symphony products/offerings, as well as legal, privacy, and finance requirements and SOPs for contracting.

• Liaise with internal contacts in accordance with established SOPs related to contract processing. 

Experience & Knowledge Requirements:

• Complete Degree education required.

• 3-5 years of contracts experience

• Flexibility to accommodate US EST business hours as needed.

• Resourceful individual with proficient problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language).

• Ability to manage time and work well in a dynamic environment

• High degree of professionalism and integrity with ability to handle confidential information appropriately

• A team player with the want to collaborate with colleagues

• Willingness to roll up your sleeves to help your teammates and provide excellent contract services to the business teams you support

• Intellectual curiosity and appetite for learning

• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, and Sharepoint
