The Role:
- Liaising with the marketing team on current and upcoming projects, contributing to the formulation of digital outreach strategies. Assisting in creating online advertising materials.
- Launching optimized adverts through online channels to drive digital engagement for current projects as well as increase company and brand awareness.
- Enterprise-level knowledge and experience in Google Analytics and tag management solutions are essential. Ability to produce advanced reports and recommendations concerning current and future marketing and recruitment strategies. Experience with data visualization tools is highly desired.
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Liaising with internal teams on project start-up requirements and during the study enrolment to deliver against the business target.
- Assisting in planning, implementing, and monitoring the ongoing company presence on online media platforms
- Assisting in creating high-quality digital marketing materials. Liaising with media agencies and external vendors to support patient recruitment initiatives.
What you Need:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven digital marketing experience, including a minimum of 2 years of advanced analytics and reporting expertise
- Bachelor's or equivalent education in marketing or Journalism preferred.
- Advanced computer skills including MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sound interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate with team members clearly and concisely.
- Work successfully in a virtual global team.
